1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting OnegedaBot ("the bot") to your Discord server, using any of its features, or logging into the Dashboard at onegedabot.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server and stop using the Dashboard.

2. Description of the Service

OnegedaBot is a Discord bot designed to assist server administrators and moderators. Its current features include:

  • Moderation commands: kick, ban, timeout, warn, warnings, delwarn, unban, untimeout, and /clear (bulk message deletion)
  • Configurable server logs: message deletions (including bulk /clear logs), message edits, member joins, member leaves, role changes — all sent to a configured log channel
  • Welcome system: customizable join/leave messages per server
  • Ticket system: private support channels with optional AI-powered automated responses (/ia)
  • Economy system: configurable daily coin rewards, user balances, and rankings
  • Staff punch clock system: /ponche command for tracking staff work hours; displays weekly work time on each punch
  • Work rankings: activity leaderboards for server staff based on logged hours
  • AFK system: /afk command to set an away status that auto-replies when you are mentioned
  • Timerole system: automatic role assignment based on time spent in the server
  • Web Dashboard: server configuration panel accessible at onegedabot.xyz/dashboard
  • Other utility and management features

Some features may be restricted, modified, or become paid in the future without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

  • You must comply with Discord's minimum age requirements to use this service.
  • You must be an authorized server administrator or have explicit permission from one to configure the bot or access the Dashboard for a server.
  • By logging into the Dashboard, you authorize OnegedaBot to read your Discord profile information and your mutual server list via Discord OAuth2.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all configurations and actions taken with OnegedaBot in your server.
  • You must ensure that the bot is used in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines (discord.com/terms).
  • You must not attempt to abuse, exploit, break, crash, reverse-engineer, or bypass any feature of the bot.
  • You must use the AI-powered features (/ia) responsibly. Attempting to jailbreak, manipulate, or abuse the AI service is strictly prohibited.
  • Bulk deletion of messages via /clear must only be performed by authorized moderators in accordance with your server's moderation policies.
  • You must not use the punch clock or work-hour tracking features to falsify work records.

5. Administrator Responsibility

Server administrators are fully responsible for:

  • The Discord permissions granted to OnegedaBot in their server
  • All log channel configurations and what information is displayed there
  • The moderation actions performed using the bot's commands
  • The configuration and use of the ticket, economy, welcome, timerole, and punch clock systems
  • Ensuring their server members are informed of any monitoring features enabled (e.g., message deletion logs)

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal or ban from the service:

  • Using the bot to harass, threaten, or harm any user
  • Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the bot or Dashboard
  • Using the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other servers' data or the Dashboard API
  • Falsifying punch clock or work hour records

7. Availability and Changes

  • The service is provided 'as is', without any guarantee of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
  • Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
  • We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access to OnegedaBot and/or the Dashboard for any server or user that violates these Terms, Discord's Terms of Service, or uses the service in a harmful, abusive, or fraudulent manner.

9. Limitation of Liability

OnegedaBot is provided as a free service on a best-effort basis. The bot owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to: data loss, moderation errors, incorrect log outputs, or service downtime.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. We will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the bot or Dashboard after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
